MacArthur Fellow Michelle Dorrance is “the most exciting and original choreographer in tap today" (The New York Times). She honors tap dance’s unique American tradition while pushing the form rhythmically, aesthetically, and conceptually. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the company performs SOUNDspace which explores what is most thrilling, brilliant, and beautiful about tap dancing—movement as music.
