Why should I become a member of Global Arts Live?
As a member of Global Arts Live, you enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits. A one-year basic membership is only $75 and includes:
-Advance notice of performances and access to tickets before the general public
-Unlimited tickets without service fees
-Ticket discounts on selected concerts
-Tax deduction to the full extent of the law

When you log in, our website will automatically identify your account as having an active membership, enabling you to access seats before the general public. If the system is not recognizing your membership, please contact us at (617) 876-5275 or email us at [email protected].

Ticket Policies and Information

How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our website, by calling our box office at (617) 876-4275, or in person at our offices at 720 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge. Tickets can also be purchased through the box office at the event venue subject to availability. Hours and availability for in person purchases will vary at all locations.

What happens to my tickets if an event is cancelled?
When an event is cancelled for any reason, you will have an opportunity to convert the value of your tickets into an exchange, credit, donation, or refund.

What happens to my tickets if an event is rescheduled?
Your original seating assignments will be maintained when events are rescheduled in the same venue. If an event is rescheduled into a new venue, your will be given the first opportunity to select new seats. For all rescheduled events, you will have an opportunity to refuse the new date and convert the value of your tickets into an exchange, credit, donation, or refund.

What is your exchange policy?
Tickets can be exchanged to another event within the same concert season. Exchanges can take place any time throughout the season, up to the start of the affected event. If at the time of the initial exchange request a new event has not been chosen, the value of the tickets can be placed as an account credit to be used for tickets within the same concert season.

*Please note our cancellation, reschedule, and exchange policies apply only to tickets purchased directly through the Global Arts Live box office. Tickets purchased through the venue box office or a third party, such as BosTix or GoldStar, are subject to the seller’s policies.

What if I lose my tickets?
If you lose tickets that were purchased through Global Arts Live, please call the box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm, and we will be happy to reprint your tickets. Lost or forgotten tickets can always be reprinted at the venue on the evening of the performance for the original purchaser by showing a photo ID.

Are concerts accessible?
Accessible seating and other accommodations are available at all venues. Please inform the box office of any accessibility needs when placing an order. Online accessible seating is indicated by a red square. If you or a member of your party will be bringing a service animal to the concert, please inform the box office, so appropriate seating accommodations can be made. Additional accessible seating options for each venue can be found by contacting the Global Arts Live box office.

Does my child need a seat?
Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter.

Is a ticket subscription different from a membership?
Yes, subscription tickets discounts are given at the time of purchase when four or more events are purchased in a single order. Subscription discounts begin at 10% off the ticket price, and membership benefits will also apply to these purchases. As a note, some events are not eligible to receive a subscription ticket discount. However, these events are used in the event total count to determine the subscription discount rate.

Do you have gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available for purchase through the Global Arts Live box office at (617) 876-4275 and online.

Global Arts Live accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for all purchases.

Online Purchase Troubleshooting

I am a Global Arts Live member, why does the online system not recognize my membership?
If you are a current member of Global Arts Live and have an e-mail address on file with us, please use that e-mail address to log in. If you do not have an e-mail address on file with Global Arts Live, you will need to call our office so that we may associate your e-mail with your membership account. Membership benefits are also available by calling our box office at (617) 876-4257, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

What if I forgot my username and/or password?
Your username is the e-mail address we have on file at Global Arts Live. Passwords are reset by choosing the “Forgot My Password” option on the login page. Enter your email and select “Reset PW and Email Instructions.” An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes of the request, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you need additional assistance, please call Global Arts Live at (617) 876-4257, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

I tried to create an account but received an error message indicating that I cannot utilize my e-mail address because it already exists in your system. How can that be?
If you have given Global Arts Live your email address in the past, such as to subscribe to our email newsletter, an online account was automatically started. Please select “Forgot My Password” at the login screen, enter your e-mail address and select “Reset PW and email instructions”. An email containing instructions to reset your password will be sent with a few minutes of the request. Upon login, please visit the "My Account" section to complete and/or update your contact information and account preferences. If you need further assistance, please call Global Arts Live at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm, or e-mail us.

What do you do with my information if I create a Global Arts Live account?
You are able to choose the types of communications you receive from us (e-mail newsletters, brochure mailings). Global Arts Live never sells information, nor do we share our patrons’ e-mail addresses. We may on occasion exchange mailing addresses with other non-profit arts organizations and sponsors. You can manage your communication preferences by clicking on "My Account" under Account Management once you have logged in.

Tickets are no longer available on the Global Arts Live website; does that mean this event is sold out?
Typically, final tickets for events are transferred to the venue box office either the day of the event or the business day prior to the event. Venue box office contact information can be found here. Events with limited availability may have additional tickets released for in person purchase at the venue box office prior to the event.
