The Platform brings art to life and people together. Located at 585 Kendall Street in Cambridge, this dynamic new performing arts center will serve as a vibrant cultural hub for creativity, connection, and community in Kendall Square. As we are preparing to raise the curtain on this new venue for Global Arts Live and the arts community, we are pleased to offer a special inaugural opportunity to Name a Seat in the brand-new state-of-the-art 404-seat Takeda Theater at The Platform.  

By participating in the Seat Campaign, you will become part of The Platform’s founding story while helping create a welcoming home for artists, audiences, and nonprofit organizations across Greater Boston. Your gift to Name a Seat will help us reach our Phase 1 goal of $15M to support Global Arts Live and The Platform, providing critical funding for the launch, programming, and long-term success of this new cultural hub.

  • Premium Seats - $2,500
  • Standard Seats - $1,000

Notes:

  • Pricing varies by location. Refer to the seat map for specific availability and giving levels.
  • Inscriptions can have 34 characters including spaces per line and 3 lines.
  • Please note that naming a seat does not reserve that seat for performances. Ticket holders will continue to select seats when purchasing tickets.
  • Your personalized seat plaque will remain on your selected seat for the useable life of the new seat.
