A sponsorship contribution to Global Arts Live is a commitment to keeping vibrant, exceptional music and dance accessible to our communities. We have streamlined the format for the Gala this year, incorporating feedback and suggestions from our sponsors and guests, and we hope that you will be pleased. The event will be featuring two intimate performances from exceptional artists, as well as a delicious meal from the award-winning restaurant, Pagu. We will announce the artists in the coming months, and we look forward to sharing an evening of music, dance, joy, and community. Global Arts Live is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization, and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Each ticket/sponsorship includes event benefits that have a fair market value of $250 per person which is not tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor if needed. Please note that the IRS prohibits the use of donor-advised funds to pay for event sponsorship.

Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Sponsorship - $1,000

• 2 tickets to the event
• Listing in the event program
• Recognition on signage and the website
• Recognition name listed on our invitation for the gala **available for those committed by December 15

Silver Sponsorship - $2,500 

• All benefits listed at Bronze level, but with 4 tickets to the event and recognition on pre-event marketing materials

Gold Sponsorship - $5,000 

• All benefits listed at Silver level, but with 8 tickets to the event
• Prominent listing in the event program
• Acknowledgment from the stage during closing remarks

Platinum Sponsorship - $10,000 

• All benefits listed at Gold level, but with 12 tickets to the event with VIP seating
• 1 reserved parking spot near the venue
• Recognition name featured on running background during speaking program
• Meet and greet or photo-op with an artist from the Gala 

Lead Sponsorship - $25,000 

• All benefits listed at Platinum level, but with 20 tickets to the event with VIP seating
• 3 reserved premium parking spots behind the venue
• Acknowledgment from the stage during welcome remarks
• Lead sponsor recognition on all printed materials, including the program, signage, website, and pre-event marketing materials
